  • To become a Member you must complete registration, provide accurate information, and pay any required fees.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any membership application at our sole discretion.

  • Membership is non-transferable, and you must abide by Club rules, codes of conduct, and pay all required fees on time.

4. Use of Website

  • You agree to use the Website and Services in accordance with law, ethics, and these Terms.

  • You must not misuse the Website, upload malicious content, or engage in harmful behaviour.

  • Use of sports and training equipment is at your own risk. You must ensure you are medically fit for participation, and you should seek medical advice where necessary. The Club is not liable for personal injury unless caused by our negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by the Club or licensed to it. You may view, download or print for personal use only; you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

  • The name “Baadaran Club” and the Club logo are trade marks of the Club. Use without permission is prohibited.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club (and its officers, employees, agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or personal injury resulting from your use of the Website or Services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Club in the 12 months prior to the claim (or such lesser amount as required by law).
